V nedeľu večer sa odovzdávali ocenenia Teen Choice Awards.
Sedemnásty ročník Teen Choice Awards sa konal v LA. V milióne kategorií, ktoré sa vyhodnocovali, hlasovali pubiši od 13 do 19 rokov. A podľa toho teda vyzeral červený koberec, nominovaní a aj ocenení. Pri týchto award šoukách si vždy uvedomím, že som už asi stará, lebo mi tam veľa osôb vôbec nič nehovorí. Poďme sa ale povenovať pár zaujímavým momentom, ktoré sa týkali osôb, ktoré poznám (takže toho asi naozaj nebude veľa). Ellen DeGeneres a Portia Rossi mali v nedeľu siedme výročie svadby, no keďže bola Ellen nominovaná na cenu, netrávili ho vo dvojici na nejakej romantickej večeri. Ellen ale našťastie vyhrala, a tak aspoň na pódiu zaželala polovičke krásne výročie. Paul Walker vyhral cenu za najlepšieho herca v akčnom filme. Cenu si už ale neprevzal. Uctili si ho ale kolegovia z Fast & Furious, keď preberali cenu za akčný film. Vin Diesel povedal, že je pre nich všetkých cťou, že mali možnosť mať Paula za priateľa, a že je tam duchom s nimi. Tiež sa poďakoval jeho rodine a blízkym, vďaka ktorým sa im podarilo dokončiť posledný film, a prezradil, že v hľadisku je aj Paulova dcéra. Britney možno končí vo Vegas. Počas večera rozprávala aj s médiami a povedala, že sa ešte nerozhodla, či sa do Vegas vráti, pretože je to náročné, ale že je to aj zábava, a že vlastne nevie, čo chce.
